⑨The pinch roller developed by ourselves, this is a kind of “pinch pinch roller” which moves the upper and lower rollers relatively synchronously, and it is also the only bi-directional motion, double power pinch roller in the world. The application of pinch rolls can ensure the stability of the production process, especially the steel pile accident caused by the water penetration resistance, and the tail-clogging accident caused by the tail steel staying in the water pipe due to the short steel. The pinch rolls can also quickly handle rolled parts that remain in the water line after an accident.
(3) Expected economic benefits:

1) Significantly reduce the requirements for billet quality. Units with steelmaking capacity have no lower limit requirements for Mn and Si content in steel. Even if the added amount is less than 1/3 or not added at all, this process can ensure that all mechanical performance indicators are qualified.
2) After adopting the water-through cooling technology, the quality problems of unqualified mechanical performance indicators (not caused by inclusions) will no longer occur due to unqualified chemical components.
3) HRB335 steel bar has been successfully produced from Q235 steel billet, and the qualification rate is 100%.
4) Using 20MnSi raw material that meets the national standard composition requirements, it can produce 500 MPa grade steel bars and make its various indicators stable, especially the strong yield ratio.
On the basis of meeting the above conditions, the user is allowed to achieve a negative tolerance of 20%, and the mechanical performance index still meets GB1499.2-2007.
